If you have an account, you're all set to go!!

You don't need any special codes or activation process, just sign up to your free Stardust account and ensure you're signed in each time you make a purchase and you're all set!!

Star-Points are our very own Stardust reward points system.
For every £1.00 spent on our website* 1 Star-Point is added to your points account.
Once 100 Star-Points have been saved** (or part thereof) a £5.00 discount can be applied at checked.

Remember, You MUST have an account and you MUST be signed in when you complete your checkout for your points to track.
If you're not signed in you wont earn Star-Points and you'll no be able to use Star-Points discounts.

Different size candles have different maximum burn times and are clearly noted on the safety label attached to the bottom, please read this in full before first lighting.
With all wax candles, a general rule is to allow your candle to compete a full melt pool before blowing out, this helps stop tunnelling and uneven burning.

As with all Wax Melt Burners, only 4hr tea light burners should be used. Don't ever use 8hr tea lights or Maxi tea lights, they get too hot and can cause damage.
Once your tea light has extinguished please allow the burner time to completely cool before adding another.

We post every day (Monday to Friday) via Royal Mail. Most customers in mainland UK report they receive their parcels within 3 to 4 business days, but as per Royal Mail guidelines please allow up to 7 business days, especially around busy periods.

Please check your emails, especially the SPAM folder. When an order is placed an email is automatically sent to confirm your order and then again once it'd been shipped.
Unfortunately from time to time the emails can land into spam.

We don't currently utilise a shop or store, we instead choose to operate from home keeping our overheads as low as possible so we can pass on the benefits to our customers.
