We utilise the experience and knowledge of Royal Mail Group & Parcelforce Worldwide as our preferred parcel delivery service providers.
Our prices, which are designed to cover postage, packaging and label costs, are as follows:

 Royal Mail 2nd class = £3.50

We have opted against a size or weight based service, which can become expensive for you, the customer. We have instead decided to offer a set rate, regardless of the size of order. Any additional costs over this amount will be covered by Stardust Candle Company.

We also offer Free Postage and Packaging on all orders over the value of £45.00
This again will be covered by us as a thank you for your order.

    Returns

    We are happy to refund your product in the event of any damage or default where we, Stardust Candle Company are considered at fault, within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately we will be unable to accommodate any refund if it appears that your candle or product has not been burnt/used correctly in line with our candle care instructions. All our products come with their own care instruction and as part of your purchase from us we insist that these are read upon purchasing to ensure the best possible burning/user experience.     Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days. Your refund will exclude postage.
